Hydroflam® AP15

Protecflam Industries manufactures and distributes its full range of flame-retardant solutions. These solutions are used in various sectors, such as the performing arts and the events industry, as well as in industrial applications and public buildings.

Hydroflam® AP15 is a flame-retardant solution for synthetic fibers. We have M1 certification for 100% compositions including polyester, polyamide, viscose, polypropylene, and wool.

Easy to use, AP15 is sprayed based on the weight of the material, at a rate of 40%. Dipping may be considered for more compact items such as nets and ropes.
You can apply Hydroflam® AP15 to artificial plants, but only to fabric components. This is because no solution on the market can treat plastic; the flame retardant is designed for use on porous materials.

Our aging tests demonstrate that the fire retardancy has no apparent limit in terms of durability. Please note that the treatment is not resistant to washing or weathering.

The various packaging options for Hydroflam® AP15 allow us to tailor the product as closely as possible to your needs.
We also use it in our workshop, so we can offer to perform the treatment ourselves.
