The fireproof material, once dry, can be stained, painted or varnished, but only with <b>non-degrading<\/b> products.<\/p>\r\n <p>Prevents the spread of flames and fire and reduces the development of smoke.<\/p>\r\n <p>Must be used in dry and closed indoor premises.<\/p>\r\n <h3><b>Installation and preparation of the substrate<\/b><\/h3>\r\n <p>The substrate must be dry, free of dust, oil, wax, grease, dirt, resin, etc.<\/p>\r\n <p><strong>Hydroflam\u00ae BC11<\/strong> can be applied in 3 ways on dry, porous, double-sided substrate + edges:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>By &#8220;refusal&#8221; spraying with a flat jet nozzle.<\/li>\r\n <li>By dipping (total immersion in the flame retardant).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>It is advisable to let it dry between 12 and 72 hours depending on the temperature and humidity, in a natural or accelerated way. A slight shrinkage of the fiber may occur.<\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Indicative returns<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p>The consumption of <strong>Hydroflam\u00ae BC11<\/strong> should be 30% of the mass of the support.<\/p>\r\n<p>E.g.: to fire retardant 200 g of cardboard, 60 g of <strong>Hydroflam\u00ae BC11<\/strong> will be required.
